I'M LOOKING FOR MY TICKETS

Sometimes emails from Tixstars can’t find their way into your mailbox because of spam-filters.
Using the tool below you can retrieve your tickets online.
Login to your bank account and look at the payment to Tixstars on your bank statement. In the
description of the payment you will find an 16-characer payment number . Fill in the payment
number below, along with your email address that was used to order the tickets.

After your request, we will send an email to the stated email address, with a notification
that the tickets have been retrieved online.
If the tool above doesn’t return your tickets, or you have any other questions, contact us

I CANT DOWNLOAD MY TICKET FROM THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

-Maybe the link in your email is broken. To fix this problem, follow the below steps:

1.Copy the first part of the link (blue)
2.Paste it in your address bar
3.Copy the second part of the link (black) and paste it behind the first part in the address
bar

Press enter and the download page will open

If you are still having problems downloading your ticket, please email our support team or
fill out the support form.

I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN EMAIL AFTER ORDERING TICKETS, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO NOW?

If you haven’t received your tickets within 30 MIN. after placing your order but there has been money deducted from your account you can follow the steps below.
1. Check your spam/junk folder. We do our best to make sure tickets are sent to the inbox, however sometimes people have strict spam-filters that place the mail containing the link to your tickets to the junk folder.
2. If you have cookies enabled in your browser you can go back to the page where you ordered the tickets to view the details of your order (see the image below).
Click on ‘status’ (image 1) to view your order details. You will see the status of your order as displayed in image 2. It might be the case that you mistyped your email address and that this might be the reason your tickets haven’t arrived.

3. If you don’t have cookies enabled, you can find your status overview through page using your transaction-ID. The transaction-ID is a 16 digit number. An example of a transaction-ID is shown in the image below.

DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKET?

It’s not necessary to print your ticket. You may also display the QR code of a digital ticket from the screen of your phone. But!!! Make sure you have enough battery. It often happens that people appear at the entrance with an empty phone claiming they have a ticket but can’t show it because of a dead battery.

I HAVE PAID FOR MY TICKETS BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFORMATION E-MAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

It can take up to 30 minutes to receive a confirmation email. Please check your Spam Folder!
If you still didn’t receive a confirmation you can contact info@tixstars.com
The confirmation is not relevant any more when you have downloaded your tickets already.

I CANT ATTEND THE EVENT ANYMORE. CAN I GIVE MY TICKET TO SOMEBODY ELSE?

Tickets are non-transferable trough TIXSTARS.
However, you can contact the event promoter to see if they want to transfer these across.

THERE ARE NO TICKETS AVAILABLE IN THE TICKETSHOP. WHAT CAN I DO?

It’s possible that the event is sold out. We strongly recommend you to contact the event promotor to see if they are planning to sell more tickets online.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE AN INVOICE OR RECEIPT WITH MY TICKET PURCHASE?

We cannot create a formal invoice, but you can use the confirmation email as a receipt.
If you’d like an invoice, please contact the event promoter.

THE TRANSACTION WAS DENIED. WHAT SOULD I DO?

Firstly, double check if you have received an email confirmation, or if the tickets have been charged to your bank account, to ensure you haven’t bought the tickets.
Once you’ve checked this, and both instances don’t apply, then you can try purchasing the tickets again. If it’s still not working, please contact our support team.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY TICKET IS LOST OF STOLEN?

We’re sorry to hear this. We advise you to reprint your ticket and arrive at the event as early as possible (with ID) as tickets are only valid for a single entry and you can still gain entry to the event if the stolen/lost ticket hasn’t been used.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY TICKETS?

Tickets bought trough TIXSTARS are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be changed for other tickets. You can read this in the terms of use in the ticketshop.

THE EVENT WAS CANCELLED. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?

You will be informed by the event promotor trought email.
