HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN START SELLING TICKETS?

You can start selling tickets from the second you set up your event. All you have to do is make sure your ticketshop is live and integrated in your website. Click here if you want to find out more information on how to do this.

HOW DO I INTERGRATE A TICKETSHOP ON MY WEBSITE?

You don’t have to be a web developer or an IT expert to add a ticketshop to your website. It’s easy to do and it takes less than five minutes to get your ticketshop live on your website. MY TICKETS AREN’T APPEARING IN MY TICKETSHOP – WHAT CAN I DO?

There are several reasons why your tickets or events may not appear in your online ticketshop.

CAN I RESEND E-TICKETS TO A VISITOR MYSELF?

If a visitor asks you to resend their tickets you can help them yourself.
In the dashboard you go to Guests > Orders. There you can search for the order and download the ticket by clicking the eye-icon in the right column. You can then send them the ticket as an email attachment.
Another option is to have the customer resend the ticket themselves. Via our FAQ for
visitors visitors can follow a series of steps to resend the tickets to their email address.

CAN I ALSO CHARGE THE SERVICE COST TO MYSELF AS EVENT ORGANIZATION?

In our backend you can configure per ticket type who pays for the $ 1,00 service costs. You can
even distribute part of the costs to both parties, organizer and visitor. Most organizers have the service costs charged to the visitor.

WHEN WOULD I GET MY MONEY?

Payment will be issued within 5 working days of the event taking place. If you have an event taking place on multiple dates (ie a weekend event), the payment will take place 5 working days after the last event date. This is the same for continuous events.
The payment will be made to the event organiser’s bank account, the information for which should be added to the organiser’s ticketscript account through the Dashboard.

IS MY MONEY SAFE?

Yes. All revenue from your ticket sales is kept in escrow until your event has finished.
Your money is safe, and your ticket buyers are protected.

CAN I GET PAYMENT BEFORE MY EVENT?

Event organisers will be paid 5 working days after an event takes place; however, please contact your account manager if you’d like to discuss what your advance payment options are.
